Many of you know him as Dr. Price…an orthopaedic surgeon.
A colleague sent me this congratulatory note early today:
… I heard Dr. Price speak at a conference about a year ago and was impressed with his alternative solutions that included sensitivity to pre-existing conditions and some of the good things about Obamacare. He’s already being painted as a radical right-winger, but my impression of him was really that he was quite reasonable and thoughtful. I remember thinking, “too bad no one is ever going to listen to this guy.” He spoke at EDPMA (Emergency Department Practice Management Association) in June of 2015.
